▶️WHAT FONTS ARE ACCEPTABLE◀️
As a rule of thumb an acceptable font includes:

👉 Solid 2D font
👉 It is thick enough so the plastic pegs at the back to be sturdy enough
👉 It is not extremely curvy, twisted, or does not have special effects, distortions, and non-connected small parts
👉 Font that is in any language, as long as it covers the above criteria!

Please see one of our example photos to get an idea which fonts are acceptable.

▶️ MAX NUMBER OF LETTERS PER WORD ◀️

Although we recommend the maximum amount of letters per word FOR ALL CURSIVE FONTS (connected fonts) to be 8, we can also produce a longer word (9-10) letters, but we will have to scale down the size of the word accordingly.
For all other NON CURSIVE (non-connected) fonts,there is NO maximum length of how many letters your word consists of.

▶️ WORD SIZE ◀️

Depending on the fonts, the default word size is between 1″ to 2″ in height.
If you have a specific requirement, just let us know in advance right after you place your order.

How do I take care of my icons and other accessories?

As with most custom made products, you have to be extra cautious when you pull your custom made words out of your letter board. We have designed our letters and words to be sturdy. However, we recommend to gently pull out your custom-made words and letters, from either left or right in a peeling-like approach. In case they are well-stuck onto the board, you can gently wiggle it, so it comes off. Using tweezers to lift letters from underneath also works very well.

Does a letter board come with each listing?

No, letter boards are never included unless the listing details state otherwise. You will receive what is listed in the description whether that is icons or lettering to be used on an existing board.

What is the minimum size for letters or icons?

Due to the nature of the 3d printing technology, we recommend that the minimum height of a letter board icon or lettering to be no more than 1.25 inches tall. That ensures that the peg at the back is sturdy enough so it doesn’t easily break once pulled out.

Do our items fit all letter boards?

For the most part the answer is yes! However we’ve had customers particularly with wooden boards that have said that our pegs are thicker for their wooden slots. As a rule of thumb, all felt letter boards are perfect for all of our letter board accessories.

    I purchased the names of my grandchildren for the letter boards I was giving them for Christmas. I also purchased 2 special words, ‘grounded’ & ‘condemned’ for Mom to use on their boards, as she sees fit!

    A bit overwhelming, but I love that I had so many font options. I also appreciated the different color options. Being a niche item, I think the price was fair, especially with the discount for multiples and free shipping.

    Great communication from the seller. When I had a question, the response was sent almost immediately.
    These were a last minute decision, but in ‘normal’ times, I still would have received them before Christmas. But with all the shipping delays this year, they took 10 days to get here. Not the sellers fault.
