you used your product for more than 15 days and you broke it.
you provided the wrong shipping address.
you decided to cancel your order after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
How do I take care of my icons and other accessories?
As with most custom made products, you have to be extra cautious when you pull your custom made words out of your letter board. We have designed our letters and words to be sturdy. However, we recommend to gently pull out your custom-made words and letters, from either left or right in a peeling-like approach. In case they are well-stuck onto the board, you can gently wiggle it, so it comes off. Using tweezers to lift letters from underneath also works very well.
Does a letter board come with each listing?
No, letter boards are never included unless the listing details state otherwise. You will receive what is listed in the description whether that is icons or lettering to be used on an existing board.
What is the minimum size for letters or icons?
Due to the nature of the 3d printing technology, we recommend that the minimum height of a letter board icon or lettering to be no more than 1.25 inches tall. That ensures that the peg at the back is sturdy enough so it doesn’t easily break once pulled out.
Do our items fit all letter boards?
For the most part the answer is yes! However we’ve had customers particularly with wooden boards that have said that our pegs are thicker for their wooden slots. As a rule of thumb, all felt letter boards are perfect for all of our letter board accessories.

I have not received my order. Ordered 10/23, shipped 10/27. Seller blames Covid and USPS. However, I’ve made orders from different places AFTER placing this order, with those other places using USPS, during Covid, and STILL received those other orders before this one. I’m STILL waiting for my order. Even if it’s personalized this is ridiculous. No real shipping updates provided because seller uses Chit Chats…? Hopefully my order EVENTUALLY shows up. Not a good experience, won’t order again.

Received my daughter’s name in the cutest pink font today! The seller is so great to work with. Unfortunately, we ran into some shipping issues that were no fault of the seller! The pandemic has caused havoc in all shipping avenues. My order originally shipped very quickly. When I didn’t receive it in an appropriate amount of time, I reached out to see if they had any further tracking. Unfortunately, the package just seemed missing in action. We both agreed to give it a few more days, and when it still didn’t come, the seller promptly sent a new product, which, as I said, I received today. So grateful! Would happily order from them again!
