you used your product for more than 15 days and you broke it.
you provided the wrong shipping address.

How do I take care of my icons and other accessories?
As with most custom made products, you have to be extra cautious when you pull your custom made words out of your letter board. We have designed our letters and words to be sturdy. However, we recommend to gently pull out your custom-made words and letters, from either left or right in a peeling-like approach. In case they are well-stuck onto the board, you can gently wiggle it, so it comes off. Using tweezers to lift letters from underneath also works very well.
Does a letter board come with each listing?
No, letter boards are never included unless the listing details state otherwise. You will receive what is listed in the description whether that is icons or lettering to be used on an existing board.
What is the minimum size for letters or icons?
Due to the nature of the 3d printing technology, we recommend that the minimum height of a letter board icon or lettering to be no more than 1.25 inches tall. That ensures that the peg at the back is sturdy enough so it doesn’t easily break once pulled out.
Do our items fit all letter boards?
For the most part the answer is yes! However we’ve had customers particularly with wooden boards that have said that our pegs are thicker for their wooden slots. As a rule of thumb, all felt letter boards are perfect for all of our letter board accessories.
